Royal Printing project
Celebrate beautiful work.
As a part of our fantastic and fascinating cross curricular topic all about Vikings, year 5 and 6 took part in a collaborative printing project .Their brief was to design a sail for Ragnor Lothbrok's longboat using various techniques and to ensure the children worked well as a team .
Children were introduced to the techniques of mono ,block and raised paper as well as string printing .They used repeated and layering of their printed images on fabric to produce large scale pieces of work that are exhibited in their classrooms as a celebration of their creativity and collaboration.
Here is a selection of photographs showing Royal children's amazing work .
Well done to you all !
