Thank you for working with us to deliver the Childhood Flu Vaccination Programme for the academic year, 2026-2027. We are scheduled to visit your school on 06/11/2026.

Attached to this email you will find your School Invitation Pack which includes the following documents:

• Parent Flu Invitation Letter (for parents/carers)
• ‘Protecting your child against flu’ - Information Leaflet (for parents/carers)
• BIMA Flu Vaccination Guidance for parents (for parents/carers)

• KCHFT DBS assurance letter (for schools)
• UKHSA Flu Vaccination Briefing for Primary Schools (for schools)

Please would your office distribute the attached Parent Flu Invitation Letter, ‘Protecting your child against flu’ – Information Leaflet, and BIMA Flu Vaccination Guidance for Parents to the parents/carers of students in years R–6 via ParentMail (or your equivalent communication system)?

We kindly ask parents/carers to access the consent form via the link in their invite letter. Alternatively, they can visit: https://www.kentimmunisations.co.uk/ and select Seasonal Flu to complete the consent form. Your school code is: KT135197

For your information, we have also included the national ‘5 Reasons’ poster which you may find helpful to display in your school reception, classroom windows or on your school website.

The deadline to submit consent forms for your school’s immunisation session is 4PM on 03/11/2026.

Please log-in to the School Area of Cinnamon (which you registered with prior to today) to view returned consent forms from parents/carers. These can be found in portal under All Forms – Returned Forms – Flu.
